In this meeting, we’ll ask questions like these as we begin to understand what’s most important to you. We’ll explain how our services and capabilities can help you achieve your vision, so you’ll know whether Hoxton is the team to help you do it. If you think we are, we’ll schedule the next two meetings.

Designing a plan that makes a real difference requires attention to detail, and your job is to help us get those details. Don’t worry; giving us the information we need is relatively easy, especially if we connect your information to your new Client Portal. We ask you to bring your personal computer to this meeting, whether it’s in person or via a secure web conference. We show you how to access your new portal and help you make the connections you need to safely and securely upload important files like your tax return, estate planning documents, and insurance policies.

Your Financial Snapshot
While you’ve been living your life since the last meeting, we’ve already begun to craft your personal financial plan. Our professional team has held what we call a “Case Class” for you, during which we come together to analyze your situation and develop strategies and solutions with your goals in mind. At this meeting, we present your current financial position, along with goals and ideas for achieving your future vision as we understand it. Things really start to take shape here.

Meeting Four and Beyond
Strategic Planning
Armed with an understanding of your current financial situation and a vision for your ideal future, we recommend and implement strategies to transform your vision into reality. We also identify and discuss areas that need attention. At this meeting, we lay out important steps and collaborate with the other financial professionals in your life. This part of the process can take time and require multiple meetings, but don’t worry! It’s all included in our service.

Touching base from time to time to make sure your plan is on track is important. We’ll contact you for periodic check-up meetings to discuss any changes in your future vision and to recommend any needed adjustments, ensuring you stay on course.
