Hoxton Planning & Management is just what our name suggests: We are financial planners who believe in the power of a well-conceived financial plan designed in collaboration with the client by a seasoned team of professionals who serve their clients as fiduciaries. Just as our name indicates, planning comes first followed by management.

Our team has provided financial planning and investment advisory services to clients from the same location in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, for 30 years (originally as Hoxton Financial and HFI Wealth Management and then, more recently, as an office of Goldman Sachs’s Personal Financial Management). We love serving our clients, and we think it shows.
