Archie Hoxton, MS, CFP®
Financial Planner/Manager
Archie provides financial planning and investment management services to clients of Hoxton Planning & Management. He has a passion for developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and developing solutions to fit those needs.
Prior to joining Hoxton Planning & Management, Archie worked as a dedicated financial advisor to high-net-worth clients at Vanguard Personal Advisor Services.
Archie graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. He later earned a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning and a graduate certificate in Charitable Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. There he served as a research assistant at the Center for Financial Responsibility and worked to advance financial literacy programs in the city of Lubbock. After graduation, Archie earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®). Outside of his work demands, Archie serves his profession as a member of the CFP Board of Standards’ Competency Standards Commission.
Archie lives in Shepherdstown, West Virginia with his wife Jenna, daughter Annie, and their dog Maggie. In his free time, you can find Archie playing his guitar, setting his fantasy football line up, or reading a good book.
